REFUND POLICY
• Items must be returned within 3 days after receipt.
• The item must have the original tag as included upon receipt.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been deformed, damaged, washed, or incomplete original tag is included.
• We do not guarantee exchanges or refunds for items that do not meet the return criteria. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective at the time of receiving delivery please give advance notice within 1 day after you receive the product by email handmadbali88x@gmail.com before sending the goods back.
• You can use other delivery services for return of goods. To make sure we receive the goods you send please request a tracking number from the sender and confirm to our party via email handmaddatacampah88x@gmail.com
• Pack your return items safely.
• Send your return goods to the address: Handmad – Jl tukad barito timur no 88x renon Denpasar bali
• New items will be delivered after we receive your redemption item and confirm your return or exchange.
• We are not responsible for the loss of return items upon return delivery.
• Initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. We can only exchange goods that have damage or defects, do not accept size exchange.
2. If the goods in question have run out, the funds will be refunded in full minus the initial shipping fee after we receive the return of your goods.
3. We are not responsible for the loss of return goods upon delivery
4. The cost of sending back will be fully borne by the buyer
